One of the best cafes you can find with a close proximity to RUPP. Try Macchiato of any kinds, and you will want more.

Originated in Taiwan in 2006, The KOI Cafe was first bought into Phnom Penh in February 2016, and the KOI IFL (The KOI Cafe in front of IFL) was the first of many branches nowadays in Cambodia.

Due to its simplicity with a more focus in the taste of the drink, plus the affordable prices range from 1.20$ - 3.00$, KOI Cafe Cambodia quickly gained recognition from many Cambodians, especially among teenagers and adults. Nowadays, there are many KOI Cafe outlets in Phnom Penh like KOI Norodom, KOI Mao Tse Tung, KOI AEON Mall, KOI Trasak P'eam, and just recently, KOI Toul Kok was opened.

The most famous and recommended drink would the Machiato type with different flavors such as Black Tea, Passion, Peach, and so on. Besides, there are also other types such as Tea, Milk Tea, so on and so forth.

If you asked to recommend a drink, I would recommend Passion Machiato with no sugar. Personally, I like more sour taste, and this drink suits my taste perfectly.

They sell drink, bubble teas and milk teas, and of course coffee as well. The most welcomed drink i thought made it best is Black Tea Machiatto. But usually many people come here so if you on the busy hour, you need to wait the queue. Longest waiting could be 20-30mn

The soft drinks and tea here are really popular. There are always many costumers come to the Café each day; most of them are the students and the staffs that working around here. The best thing of this Café is the service. Koi's staffs are friendly and helpful, and their service is fast. However, the parking lots are pretty small that the guards even let their customers park their vehicles on the road.
