Located behind Tela Gas Station in front of RUPP Campus II, Jasmine Restaurant has been in operation since February 2016. In fact it's not new in terms of noodles taste. If you have been to CoCa at InterContinental Hotel and K&S at Tuol Tompoung, Jasmine has one of the manager who ran the two restaurants previously. Very good taste with good prices and services. Parking is very convenient given the restaurant has spacious parking lots.

There are also some VIP rooms, suitable for business talks or big groups. Children are given with a ballon to enjoy with.
