  Very dirty room and AC is not working. Owner is Chinese but staffs are Khmer and friendly. Not recommended. Pictures posted by others are deceiving.

  It is not good to stay at that hotel. Unsafe and the door room broken and the room interior very old painting. No cap board and refrigerator. Too old aircon. 😈👎👎👎👎

  This is not a hotel nor guesthouse.
  Room like an abandon house with poor facilities.

  The hotel's location is nice, walking distance to the beach but i think it needs a bit of restoration. Looks outdated and old.

  Rooms are dirty, staff doesn't speak English. Many rooms with the view to the concrete fence. For that price there are many better hotels in Sihanoukville.

  The staff are extremely friendly and accomodating. Couldn't ask for more. However the hotel is very delapadated and I usually have to look at 3 different rooms to find a decent one. Location is why I stay here. Quiet and next to the beach.
