  Good, cheap food. I had the fried rice with mushrooms and cashewnuts for 2.50 $. Would recommend!

  I've had two meals here and I've really enjoyed their food. Recommended by locals due to the price/quality. Their execution has been great. They serve cups with ice so you can enjoy the tea on the table. Table condiments were good. I only wish I had discovered it before my last 24 hours in Kampot.

  So I just wrote a stellar review of this place which I'll leave below but after crossing the street to the cafe next door, I started to hear the restaurant owner's small child wailing and then a whip or stick cracking as he beat her. I understand that Cambodia has a different perspective towards child rearing and what they consider abuse but it was probably the most disturbing thing I've ever heard. Consider not supporting a place whose owner behaves like this.
  
  Original review: Such delicious and cheap food. The first time I actually enjoyed Fish Amok was here and it was delicious. Great iced coffee too. Filled with locals. Meal was $2.50!

  Amazing food at incredible prices. I'm sure it is the best option in town. Frequented by locals and tourists. Service is quick and staff is very professional. Fish amok was deliciously creamy and the cheapest I've found in Cambodia Highly recommended
