Failed a one job to do. Be Warned!
I booked and prepaid this hotel to enjoy 2 things it offered. 1) a balcony/terrace and 2) the large size room. All was confirmed. On arrival we got lots of 'so sorry, we are full' and put into a small room with no balcony. Worse there was no attempt to show any real concern or true empathy for the situation. Reluctantly they offered a 10% discount. Insulted. Not good enough! So is it then up to me to have to argue for what was promised and paid for. That only makes our time here worse. A no win for us, but a win for hotel in overbooking and knowing they could likely palm off the issue with little effort.

balcony! big room! bathroom very ok! clean! nice staff! in the center! wow. was prepared to an ugly night in an ugly chinese style cold-mooded hotel. but no, would even have stayed longerbut travel went on.

Stayed here for a week. Enjoyed the hotel. Has lots of charming carved furniture and dark wood on the walls. The facilities are nice and all work. As with most hotels in Cambodia, there was only solar hot water, which means only hot water in the afternoon (on sunny days). But that's ok, because cold showers are the way to go in the equatorial heat.
