An excellent institute which provide high quality education with comfortable school environment. I have had a great four year university life there. The institute have provide many different Language class include English, Chinese, France, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, as well as International studies program. There are part time class, short term class, pre-university class, bachelor degree and master degree provided.

To me it's the best state-run university in Cambodia for Foreign Language Studies and Media Education. Most of the students graduated from here are competent. I was not one of the students here because I didn't get a chance, but anytime I go there I feel it's a real university and a nice compound which inspires reading and research. Just love it.

This school campus is really nice to hang out and to me, this is a real university in Cambodia. Originally, this campus was built in 1972 as the Teacher Training College. There are three main original buildings on the site. These three were designed by Cambodian most talented architect, Vann Molyvann with the idea of the combination of Angkorian layout and Brutalist architecture. This is one of the iconic buildings of modern Cambodia. Because the original buildings were modified partly, so I decided to give it only 3 stars.

The best language institution which is under Royal University of Phnom Penh campus specialized in foreign language such as Chinese, English, Japanese, Thailand, Korea, and International Studies. It opens freely for visitors for campus tour. The structure of the buildings were uniquely designed by a legendary Cambodia architecture named Vann Molyvann who makes it one of the most attractive buildings among all the schools in Phnom Penh. Visitors can pays a visit to interact with students and take some photos of those fabulous buildings.
