  So you're a premium school.. and your management seriously charging your students for parking in the basement based on the hour they spent in your school?? Average 1$/day or fixed fee of 50$/month?? Seriously??! It's like you open a freaking high class restaurant and charging your customers for the sauce!! And Your school yearly fee is 10k+! Some other school even prohibits their students from giving tip to guards!!
  Now I regret recommending your school!
  
  What should you do? Ever know something call "priority parking" or "reserved parking space"? Just prohibit your student from parking on the basement entirely or reserved the best spots for yourself and your teachers!! Nobody gonna judge. And just increase the school fee! It's a better choice than "scamming" or draining your student money. Or just plant big big tree on outdoor parking to create more shade.
