Great value for the money! Needed a last minute place to stay and was impressed with the room, the cleanliness and the staff. Highly recommend for the value. Would consider staying here next time over a high end Sofitel or Le Meridien.
Great location. Staff was lovely, helpful and gracious. They helped us organize our stay. They booked tuk tuk driver and van as needed. They even made us a take-away breakfast so we could see sunrise at Ankgor Watand have a sunise breakfast. Hotel is very clean and comfortable with local style. I'd be happy to stay there again.
Amazing hotel! Great staff who are friendly and really attentive. Great location in proximity to the Angkor Wat site and Siem Reap locations.
I recommend this hotel. small price, tasty, large breakfast, which you have to indicate in advance. Stylish design. Very nice service. Near the Old Market, easy to reach tuk tuk. Opposite the music from the container pub, a little loud, but it did not bother us and we were with the child. Organization of trips on the spot, where the manager cares for everything.
Very nice hotel with clean spacious rooms and really helpful staff who'll go out of their way to make you comfortable. I would highly reccommend this hotel.
friendly and accommodating staff, great breakfast and a fantastic room! daily bottled water supply was nice and the location was very convenient; far enough from downtown to enjoy peaceful surroundings yet near enough for a bicycle ride.
Good staff nice hospitality. Great price!
Fantastic hotel and great staff. It's a little bit hidden, as it is not on the main road, but next to the mart you need to go in like 15 meters and you will find a really nice, clean and quiet hotel with very amazing, helpful and friendly staff.
Room was clean, spacious, bathroom was great as well. Really liked the style of the hotel, not super modern but something very comfortable. Breakfast was a good portion and it was delicious.
You can choose from several tours for really good price at the reception and they will organise everything for you.
All in all really great experience and highly recommended.
Special thanks for Seng Shopeak and Mr Nisal from the hotel, who looked after us and made our stay unforgettable.
One thing to note this place is located on Charles De Gaulle, Google maps directions put it on the wrong side. Its Located next to CTM mini mart. Dark black sign about 2 meters high on a pole red letteres. (Small sign) entrance down the alley.
Whete to start excellent customer service with a staff member at the desk what seemed like 24hours. They provide alot of services that we're very useful. I suspect some of our special services were due to low season for tourist so don't expect some of the special treatment but definitely ask if they can provide then. first the accommodations were a 12x 13 room with AC and Flat screen TV, safe and closet. Mostly renovated bathroom, with a shower, western toilet, and large sink.
The bed we got was a king sized bed with a comfortable mattress, (I like a firm mattress so it was good for me and not some crazy pillow top). The AC was strong and functioned as expected.
Now for the extras that we're unexpected. When you leave your room the electricity shutoff. But when we returned the room was still cool (probably because we had all the curtains closed keeping out the heat). Our Breakfast was included, and was made ready to order so that was really nice change from the typical buffet style hotel experience. There's a pool and a small restaurant in the lobby. The hotel provides transport to downtown (pubstreet) if you want ityou'll need to find a tuk tuk back but typically only $2 short ride back.
We also got very very lucky. They allowed us to keep the room for an extra half day to store our belongings while we went out on a "grand tour" ( tour was arranged by hotel and paid at the front desk with our checkout bill).
Now for a few negatives to be aware of, the windows do not have a seal and have small openings for mosquitoes to come into the room (we only saw two and just turned on the bug zapper provided), our particular shower knob needed to be held in the middle orientation for an even warm stream of water as it only stayed put in the extream locations (hot or cold).
Over all I think it was a great experience definitely because of the staff and would recommend the stay for the price. The accommodations could use some updating but hey I'm used to sleeping in a tent in the dirt so this was good enough for me.
This is not the location g of in miles boutique. It is more south.
