I stayed in a wet room with my family horrible, only one window and we couldn't open because it is a motorcycle parking lot with circulation all the time , incredible!!!! My daughter had a allergic crise to the worst conditions in the room. I tried to change because I had to payed for two rooms and my husband did no go, but the hot don't give my money back and no change my family . Horrible I do no recomend in special if you have kids!

No working phone, poor staff support for odd hours and equally poor options in the breakfast.. However ppl in the hotel are courteous..Lots of good options to consider other than this. I think except for swimming pool in this budget , there is no incentive to choose this hotel

This hotel exceeded all expectations, great pool, food, service and comfortable clean rooms,value for money.Easy walking to pub St and the markets. Must say the staff very friendly and most helpful, made our 4 weeks most enjoyable. Thanks to Ian and Nadine and team.

The Hotel 20th Street is a nice place, they have differents rooms with very reasonnable prices. The new decoration is awesome it’s a new place, more peacefully. The pool is clean, the menu is very acceptable if you want to eat western or khmer food. About the place it's very silent and not far from the old market (15min by foot). The team stay to our service 24/24 and 7/7, they really take care to bring you a nice experience for your trip in Siem Reap. Also, they have long term rent (my case), they can offer you the room service, 2 cleaning per week, and they are pets friendly. I highly recommand for families and people who wants to pay a reasonnable price per night.

In d city centre everything is around 2 km away lovely pool side.. quite helpful staff and management. staff members can understand english

Really nice. Good pool area nice rooms and excellent helpful staff. Not far from main tourist area but far enough to be quite. Plenty of restaurants nearby and complimentary continental breakfast had nice croissants. Would be good value at half the price.
