Overpriced sea view rooms at $75. Noisy guests and very little service at the pool with the breakfast included. View of the sea and building site in front of the beach. Disappointing.

Very nice hotel, warm and cooperative staff, great location - right in the middle of all the best restaurants and hangouts, plus barely a couple of hundred metres from the pier.
Stayed at the Penthouse - beyond expectations! Cherished every minute of the stay.
Downside - the breakfast spread was a let down. But the omelette and French toast were the saviours.response / report this review -

The room looks old, all stuffs on the bed are stain, especially the pillows are smell and moldy. So disappointed

Good quality boutique hotel, resort. Secluded from rest of Sihanoukville, which is positive! Efficient, modern and clean. Highly recommended.

Terrible.drilled hole in roof balcony allowing putrid water (lots!) to pour directly into pool just after my wife had swamthen did not close pool !

Thank goodness for the aircon. Good service. Nice rooms. Sea view not all that. My sea view was a snippet of the sea and a view of a giant building with rubbish everywhere. Overall good hotel for serendipity beach

Good hotel very close to the pier and on the main Street with restaurants and shops. Walking distance to serendipity beach. Our requested room with sea view was not available even though I had confirmed reservations bit the staff was very helpful.
