Hotel is closed. We turned up with a booking but place in darkness and had been empty for some time. DO NOT BOOK!

wifi - this is a great hotel though it was purchased by the company next door and will not be a hotel after April 1 2017. Very sad for many people who love the people and the hotel here. .. not sure where i am going to stay in Phnom Penh now..mmmm progress i guess

With super friendly staff, rooms where everything works properly (I brought a group of 21 people with me in 2 x triples, 3 x singles and 6 x doubles) and a fantastic view from the 8th storey restaurant, we were delighted with our two week stay. There's an elevator for those that don't like or have difficulty with stairs and I'd like to give 4.5 stars if this app allowed. The only reason I don't give a perfect 5 is that not every meal was above average, but the Khmer foods were great and the breakfast buffet terrific with fried rice or noodles with chicken, fried eggs, French toast, pancakes and proper sliced bread toast with maple syrup, butter and jam. If you plan on eating out a lot then consider this a 5 Star review.

It's a fine place. Good service and I like the restaurant on the 8th floor. Beautiful view and breeze.
