Great location, cozy interior, nice atmosphere but customer service needs some improvement.

I would love to give this place the highest possible number of stars but unfortunately the boss lady's ability to receive customer feedback is terrible. I got into a fight with her after first making a request to make more space for e-visa numbers (12 digits) on registration form. She insisted that I should have gotten a visa sticker with shorter visa number which is not the case with e-visas.

Secondly I gave feedback on the restaurants hot porridge which was served to me without cooking it first as the rolled oats very completely raw and not even warm. She wouldn't listen but insisted it had been cooked. Then she went on about not cooking it for 30 minutes would have taken too long. Very strange as oat porridge takes 5 minutes to cook to perfection. Such a stupid argument!

I signed out after the argument as I had only just checked in. No trouble with refund. It's unfortunate that this time we didn't click on personal level. I'm sure some customers might have been totally content with the service.

My tip is to let the boss lady be right. Sadly this is something I could not have done in this situation as I usually never complain unless there is a reason and I use facts to support my feedback.

This place is great! We’re really glad we stayed here during our days in Battambang. The atmosphere is really chill, the rooms are clean and beds comfortable. You can basically walk anywhere from here, or just linger on the terrace and enjoy some cold drinks. There’s a bike rental just next door where you can rent mountain bikes for a couple of dollars (recommend if you’re going on the dirt roads outside of the city) and the best food we had in Battambang is just 50m away at Jaan Bai. Would definitely stay here again.

Very bad food. We ordered a chicken burger and chips and cheese omelette. Chips were cold. And the omelette was somewhere near a pancake. We raised the issue and were told that it was edible.

Great price, great staff, great location, very social common areas with a downstairs bar and restaurant that seems to be popular with backpackers and expats alike. Basic rooms and bathrooms, no hot water, but upfront about it and clean.

We ordered vegetarian food and received with meat. After we complain they brought the same soup. Cold and still not vegeterian! They just took out a big piece of meat well if you advertise that u have a vegan/vegeterian then u should make it!or at least tell your customer that u don't have it. Simple!

Sort of a cool environment and some
Of the staff was super nice but the place was super loud as there is a bar running on the ground floor where mostly non-guests are drinking, smoking and playing pool, with loud music. Low safety, dorms are all open and the lockers are simply metal boxes below the bed. Not really clean and faaaar too warm, I could not sleep (the fans are placed on top of each bed, and with the mosquito net it's not possible to feel any breeze).

The price is very cheap. The staff are polite. It's good for backpackers who seek for dorms to sleep. The rooms are clean though there is no air-con. I give 5 stars for this.
