Average hotel with nice and helpful staff, an okay variety at the breakfast, clean spacious room and great pool area. The gym equipment needs an upgrade, there was only one elevator which took some time at times and the rooms were not soundproof and you could here the traffic even from the 8th floor. I would however stay here again but with earplugs.

Stayed for two nights. Accommodations were up to date and appeared clean, but we found ants in our 8th story room, and it reeked of cigarette smoke every time we ran the air conditioner. Also, there's only one small elevator in the whole hotel and it was frequently faster to walk 8 flights of stairs rather than wait for it.

Spacious room in the downtown area. The breakfast buffet has major improvements since my last visit. Ideal for both business and leisure stay.

Big varning of the manager Kanha. I checked in to the G mekong a cuple of days ago and talked directly with Kanha, telling her that its important to me that I have a quiet room and that im planing on staying there for about two weeks. She says no problem and im given room 609. This room is facing one of the bussier streets of PP and 6.30 in the morning the honking begins. I obv get very upset by this and confront the manager Kanha. She tells me that the hotel was full, I ask her why she didnt tell me the truth so i could have stayed in a diffrent location and she just walks away. I felt so cheated.

Half the hotel is facing the street and the windows arent soundproof.

Nice rooms & good breakfast. The switches for the lights were not easy to figure out. And the electricity only came on with the room key inserted in the slot. But finding the slot in the dark was tough. They could use a night light to help a new visitor find their way.

Great hotel, and excellent service in every way. Our first room had not been properly cleaned, so they upgraded us to a suite, and gave us a late check out. In addition when I left my wallet in the reception area, they found it quickly and kept it safe. Will stay here next time I'm in PP for sure. Many thanks!

Nice hotel, really friendly staff, pool was nice. The decor however looked unfinished in places. But overall good stay.

Staff is chaotic but friendly. Rooms are nice and clean and beds are comfortable too.
The breakfast could be improved. The food tastes and looks like it has been prepared the day before. The butter is not cooled and is melting next to the oven.

This is a new modern hotel with great decor. I had an easy check in after a tiresome flight and the staff are (in one word) amazing. The front desk will also arrange tours if needed. I was lucky enough to get a great room, close to the pool and fitness centre room and it is cleaned spotlessly every day. The bed is super comfortable and everything else functions as it should (shower, air-conditioning, toilet, charging ports, etc.). The Fitness centre has modern equipment including aerobic and weights. There is also spa and other treatments that they will arrange for you (in your room). The in house restaurant serves good, well presented food although obviously it is cheaper to eat elsewhere; the free breakfasts are good and the omelettes well prepared. The hotel is very quiet which was my preference. There are Tuk-Tuks that are affiliated with the hotel and they are also very helpful in getting around. They will actually wait after dropping you off (if that's what you want). I will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely nothing to add here. Clean, friendly, good facilities, and so on. Staff is very polite and asked me several times whether everything is ok, so obviously they are trying real hard, and they do succeed.
