Wow, this place has gone downhill massively over the past 6 months. I would have given this place. 4-5 star review then, but now the management has made some terrible decisions.
    1) there is now a crazy amount of surveillance from the moment you walk in. A worker followed me throughout, and even stood next to me while I changed (naked!). He told me "you go to sauna now" and kept getting impatient. This was insulting and extremely uncomfortable.
    2) the massage therapist was much worse than the last time I was here. She went about 10 minutes under her full hour (she thought she could get away with it because there are no clocks in the room).
    3) Last time I was here, you tipped the therapist as you paid at the end. Now, management has changed the system so you write down your tip with the therapist staring at you right after your massage. This means massages will be much worse and shorter (like mine was), and gets very awkward all around. I tipped about 20%, and the therapist gave me death-eyes and abruptly left.
    4) finally, the worst part is that the management has installed gigantic television screens in the saunas that play hollywood action films. It's very hard to relax when there are gunfights blaring from loudspeakers. Even in the sauna rooms, the screens stare through the glass. It's inescapable.
Hopefully they get new management and something changes.

Nice and clean. By far it's the best bath house in town. $7 entry.
