Taste is good; service is nice. But please renew your menu more often.

well.. the food is decent not gonna lie but the serviceor dear lord of jesus !! the freakin service !!!
it is so bad im gonna list it down for y'all:
1 we sat down for about 20 mns or so and there were plates prepared for us
2 the pizza arrived before the plates
3 they brought only 4 cups when there were 5 people
4 after they brought the plates they stacked the plates up at the corner of the table and let us serve ourselves !!!??
5 there was an extra plate (6 plates)
6 the waitress didnt even look at our face when we asked for sth
7 they were super rude by not answering to our requests properly and never apologized for being late bout everything
8 we asked for no tomato sauce ( អត់យក "ទឹកប៉េងប៉ោះ") and she didnt understand and said we use tomato sauce and not "ទឹកប៉េងប៉ោះ" (like whats the difference???? are the customers a joke to you miss waitress)

Has to be worst pizza company if we're talking about services. Waiters don't even look at you when they're talking to you. Very slow service even though it's not even that busy. And you have to ask for everything including glasses and plates.

Same chain as those in thailand but quality of pizzas are below par. Pizzas taste like supermarket frozen pizza heated in a microwave

Don't bother with this pizza chain that can't even make decent pizza. I go to a different pizza chain and take away but at least the pizza is recognizable as pizza.

This place is the one among other outlets nationwide. The customer service is good. Sometimes it is crowded during weekends. There is a kid playground where you can bring kids to enjoy while having the pizza. Every restaurant is concerned about parking but this outlet has big parking space for both cars and motorbikes.

Well sadly i have to be honest about this review the food was good but so so long to get your meal i have been to this establishment twice and both times the service by the staff are not great maybe they need more training when attending to customes because the first time i attended this place we had asked the staff about meal but was ignored so big 🖓🖓in regards to the waittressing staff😞
