Pool: Best lap swimming pool I’ve found in Phnom Penh. Has actual lane markers and very clean. Best to avoid peak times. After 4 on weekdays, after 2:30 on weekends, and holidays.
Gym: Clean, and equipment well maintained.
Locker room: Very clean.

Great facility gym and pools as well as location if living in Phnom Penh Thmey and Sensor Toul Kork. The garden cafe and hotel are great also. Excellent staff

We've stayed at this hotel many times. Thanks to our school's special partnership with them. The complimentary breakfast is fantastic. Lots of choices. Activities one can do here: playing squash, lawn and table tennis, working out in the gym, swimming, steam, sauna, Jacuzzi. The downside is a lot of the staff are new.

Superb facilities and good service. Aircon in gym could be turned down a bit and airconditioned restaurant and lounge / working areas would be welcome improvements. Restaurant menu could be upgraded to include healthier items such as more vegetable / vegetarian dishes.
