Do not use this agency for Cambodian Visa extensions, or for anything else in fact. They told us 5 days for an extension of our visa, then 6, then 7 and it has continued like this. Still waiting for our passports. The staff tell you to wait whilst they sit behind their computers on Facebook and Pinterest and give you no indication of what is going on. There were 2 women in the office, we were told one would help us after she was done with the other customers but that took 30 minutes so we asked the other to just tell us what is going on. She ignored us completely. Very unprofessional. Not to mention that they are charging us an expensive 55 dollars for this experience. We have lost money on bus tickets and accomodation as well because we cannot leave without our passports. It's not a good company to use. Beware!
