  When we arrive, the elevator doesn't work. All customers have to carry luggage to their rooms. At first, some people and I cannot open doors with key cards. Then we have to wait for assistance of a staff. My room looks quite old, smells awful and there is no warm water. It's difficult to find the receptionist because he is not always there. It is a terrible experience here.

  Only 1st floor available to book.. take about 30min to otres.. 10min to bus station.. 10 min to port
