Service regarding to tax documents processing is very slow. I've arrived around 8h30am need to wait almost mid day 12pm to get the clearance document

The warehouse is situated in the middle of warehouse estate. The signage is not clear if you are coming from the airport. I missed the place and had to turning back, due to less signage. But it was not far. Inside the building, there is only 1 receiptionist available. Fortunately I am the first person arrived. There are quite a number of people lining up after me.
