After pay for plaque number have to wait at least one month to get motorbike identity card. When comes and take he asked for money 20000riel in order to take motorbike identity card.

I have been there after a whole long day travelling by the 5 different toktok trip, to visit a my old friend, It was very special an event in my life, because I could reach to there after one and half day flight and landing three different country by transit from Turkey to Cambodia, It has been flight more than 15.000 km on air, finally I reached there, but I could not meet my friend, :(
