This place might be good after the renovations/construction is finished. The owner isn't a nice man and sees foreigners as walking wallets. $7 for a mattress on the floor and during construction is wrong. My 4G (Cellcard) doesn't work well in Sambour and he didn't have WiFi (almost every guesthouse has in Cambodia). His English is more than adequate but he needs to understand that reputation builds a business, not greed.
