Careful: SCAM! We bought a bus ticket for the AMMCO Bus at the reception, which is the official selling point in Siem Reap. Instead of a bus we were picked up by a guy driving an old 5-seat-SUV. But even WORSE: some kilometers further 11 (ELEVEN!!!) people joined us for the same car!!! Almost three hours in a totally packed SUV back to Thailand (Surin)! We learned later that the AMMCO Bus service was suspected since a while. But the staff at the reception didn't tell us anything and even said NO when we were asking if we would just sit in a stuffed car instead of a bus.
As they are scam I suggest to not stay in that hotel if you want to be treated honest!response / report this review -
