Great gym for the cost, 2,500 riel. All the equipment you would need. Very friendly staff.

Great for the price - 60 cents per person. You can get a great workout in easily. There's no aircon and it's not the cleanest place but if you want something flash, you can go pay $15 to workout at a posh place in town. There's WiFi so I was happy to play my music. Definitely give this place a shotif you're like me and wanted to do some mat work (pliyo, yoga, stretching) bring your own mator you will leave filthy like I did.

No frills, no a/c but good option for weights and Technogym machines. Lacking good treadmills and aerobic work out machines but extremely good value at only 2500 Riel. Treadmills (sometimes) cost an extra 1000 Riel for every 10 mins. Well worth a visit if you don't want to shell out U$10/day for a pass at the more modern gyms. Watch out for the odd mosquito, bring your own towel. Primitive shower give it a miss.
