Ive gone here a couple of times out of convenience/laziness - was very close, but can't really recommend it. For an expat who doesn't speak Khmer, it's hit n miss depending on the English level of the nurses or doctors who are around. The doctor wrote me up to do some tests. I was then left waiting indefinitely on the bed with what looked like an endless unprofessional deliberation amongst the nurses as to who'll carry out the test only to eventually be told they can't do the test. Also, in some areas, I felt I knew more than the doctor as I raised issues which he said shouldn't be a problem, but later found that they are in fact a problem once I spoke to another more professional location.

There was a very helpful Filipina nurse named Ahlen that spoke very good English. Both my wife and son went there for food poisoning, and both came out feeling better. An Emergency visit for a few hours costed $125 and an overnight stay was $270 (Dec 2016).

Expat unfriendly due to primarily language, also unprofessional.
