I had an appointment with an Urologist for an initial check. I was given a Urine test. I was then given an appointment for 6 days later. (They tried to charge me almost $12 for 12 Ibuprofens.) The day before the appointment they called me and told me there was a problem with the test and advised they would call back. One week later I went to the hospital complain about the service. 20 Minutes later, after "checking" , staff told me they messed up the urine test and had to redo. And that just by chance the results are ready if I wanted them. I told them no thanks and left. These people do no conduct themselves in any fashion that might give a patient trust in them.
    1. Poor lab staff
    2. Poor customer service skills
    3. Terrible pharmacy prices.

I delivered the third child in this clinic and it was the worst experience i’ve had in my life. Appointment with doctor, i had mentioned about having Hepatitis B but she didn’t care and never asked me for a blood test before until the day I came for labour so my baby didn’t have immune for hepatitis B in time. Doctors didn’t help me in normal delivery. I had to push the baby myself and I couldn’t push her out myself. Doctors asked me for C-section. When I was extremely hurt I had to agree The cashier tried to put others billing to our payment also. And at the end, they gave me the birth certificate with wrong name of my baby and when I asked to reissue it with the right name, they charged me more 10$ (for their mistake not mine )

Don't buy or take medicines in this clinic because their pharmacy sell double price compare to other pharmacies

Brought my kid here for flu and vomitting. Doctor insisted to conduct all sort of tests ie blood test, nose swab and lab test..asked me to admit my kid. I refused..told them she just showed normal flu symptoms..at the end they prescriped my kid with tamiflu with several other medicine. Cost me 125 usd for the medicine and consultation..a total rip off..im not happy the most when they tried to conduct all the tests on my toddler which i feel not necessary..competent doctor should rely on the symptoms and physical condition 1st especially for baby..to my dismay i checked with my family ped in my countryhome and was told tamiflu is contreversial medicine known in many countries to have more side effects rather than effectively curing flu.

Sehr gut bzw. Top augestattetes Krankenhaus. Leider sind die Fähigkeiten der Ärzte und Krankenschwestern kritisch zu sehen. Ich wurde extrem schlecht getapet und als Schmerzmittel wird ein opiat verschrieben.

OK, our son was born here so that's a total 5 star just because he's alive and most everyone was super nice. But here's why it's a 3 star. It overcharges you, majorly. Vaccines are more than double what it actually should cost here in PP. The doctors and nurses are definitely hit and miss when it comes to knowledge of ACTUAL medicine vs. Khmer traditional beliefs. Choose your doctor wisely if you come here, or you might be told to not raise your hands above your head for fear of pulling the baby's "feeding tube" out. I highly recommend Dr. Salina if you come here. My wife wants to point out that they have natural birth facilities and even water birth, so if you're into that, this is pretty much one of the only places in PP to go.

Une clinique avec un vrai personnel hospitalier.
Infermieres - Medecins - Aides soignants
Une prise en compte du patient et des problemes rencontres.
Seul bmol : avoir une assurance ou de l'argent pour etre sur de profiter des soins.
