The service from Cellcard is far cheaper and faster than the Metfone operator. Metfone cards were $6 to cover my days-long visit and suffered constant drops in connection, while Cellcard were $1.50 and much more reliable.

Have paid for two different subscriptions and am only told my service is inactive. I have deductions straight from my bank account, they have clearly taken my money, yet they refuse to give me any of the services I paid for. These people are thieves!

Great staff but behind the range of service when you get into technical is really poor. Same thing when you call 812 for the support team.

Paid US$ 2 for 7 day internet plus 0.50 for simcard. They insert card and activate account. Very friendly servicr. No hassle. Can use internet immediately.

The 4G service is good most of the time. The office likes to randomly close early by as much as 45 minutes. Don't risk going too close to lunch or quitting time or you will waste your tuktuk $.
