For some karaoke this is a great place. Parking space upfront. Thousands of songs to chose from. Spent a good time with the factory staff.

We went here to entertain some guests from the US, we've heard this KTV was the best in town but i think it's overrated! As soon as we enter the lobby, there's that unpleasant odor of an old, abandoned cinema with a musty smell. The male staff in the reception area were all inattentive. The lobby is not presentable and in disarray. An attendant ushered us to a room upstairs which has that characteristic smell again! So i asked the usher to spray freshener at once to make our stay tolerable. I was embarrased to our guests but no way of backing out, too late to find another KTV late that night. In addition, the lady attendant assigned to our room was not very friendly and enthusiastic to assist us. We were looking for a songbook in English and tried to ask her several times but she doesn't care one bit.. or was it she didn't understand us at all? When she finally realized what we're looking for, she just handed it over with a smirk on her face.. hehe! Anyways, for those who likes KTV don't expect an up to date selection of English songs. To summarize, we've enjoyed each others' company but not the place.
