This hotels proves that a hotel can exist for decades without the slightest hint of maintenance. When we arrived we had to fight to get a remote control for the A/C that we had paid for. They tried with some 3-4 remotes from other rooms which did not work either (totally different brands, so no surprise) and moved us to a room where we could turn the A/C on and off, but not adjust the temperature. Nothing in the bathroom worked properly. Low water pressure, no hot water, leaking sink and a constantly dripping faucet made the floor constantly wet and slippery. The room had appearently not been cleaned for ages, big spiderwebs on the lamps and under the bed, and dusty everywhere. (Yes, I know it is a beach hotel and sand will enter, but this was OLD dirt) The mattress was not too bad for sleeping, neither too hard nor too soft, but the linen were stained and we had a feeling they hadn't been changed for a while. In addition to this the bedsheet was far to small, so we found ourselves lying directly on the far from clean mattress when we woke up at night.
On the good side food is excellent and the location the best Kep can possibly offer. Nice and service minded staff, generally, but with very limited understanding of foreign languages. We'll probably never return, however, du to the total lack of cleanliness.

Room really small, almost nothing working properly especially in bathroom.
Restaurant expensive. We wait 30 minutes 2 banana smoothies and there was almost no banana in it. We ask smoothies without milk they put some milk in anyway.

Broken bathroom fittings, water pressure is absolutely non exsitant. No air con remote, although in the end they found one for me. TV reception is just snow. Friendly staff and good food. I will go back to eat but not for the accommodation.

Just about the only place we could see that was serving Asian food by Kep Beach. Restaurant upstairs has a nice view of the sea and the food was decent, worth a look if you're after a reasonably priced, tasty lunch and are in the area.

The staff of the hotel is what was the great thing about this place.
The place itself, can do better.
We were there for 4 nights. Not once someone came to clean the room or take the trash. The room was good for the price you pay. - ask for a room with a window that doesn't face the restaurant.
The restaurant was really nice but simple. And the service was really slow.
