  Dog-friendly guest house in Kep as they they have lots of pets around. Not the best in cleanliness and ambience but good enough for its price. There's even a good view of the sea at the entrance. The restaurant serves delish food and good coffee. Portions are big and the price, affordable. Bicycles can be borrowed for free. One can buy bus tickets from here too.

  Amazing value for money! Room was spotless, light and airey and a great size, with a large comfortable and clean double bed, 2 fans, desk, tv, toiletries and a decent private bathroom, and only $6 a night. There is a rooftop bar and restaurant, plenty of parking for scooters/motorbikes and bicycles, and I believe they also hire bicycles out. Travel services are also available, as are free water refills. Staff are lovely, friendly and helpful.
  Definitely recommend!

  Nice place, good value for money, large room comfortable bed, clean, only the barking dogs I found disturbing, also the thin water jet out of the shower sometimes.
  The lady who is running/managing the place is a sweet, friendly, helpful person.

  This place is great. They have around 20 bicycles available for free for guests to use. The WiFi is super fast. The rooms were very clean and even though we only got the fan room it was never too hot. The rooftop restaurant has affordable food and drinks and they make a great cup of coffee. The hotel rents scooters for $5 a day as well. We walked to the hotel from where the bus dropped us off. It’s about a 20-30 minute walk. You could take a Tuk tuk if you wanted. They would appreciate the business. The hotel isn’t on the beach but once you are at the hotel you can access everything using the bikes or a scooter. I highly recommend staying here for the great price and service.

  friendly staff, comfy and clean room for a very good price. Forget your ugly, beedbugspreading hostels, go there! You will just not find a single room wich is clean, friendly and with an actual window for this price in kep. fact. One star i have to take away, however.in the nighttime it can become a little noisy if to many local people are there for party.
  In the morning, the maids have the unfortunate habit to scream at each other for no reason i can comprehend. But that would not stop me from booking it again.

  Staff is helpful, it's not to far from Kep central, fast WiFi, & the resteraunt is great. But i had to switch rooms because the first one had bed bugs.

  After staying in Hostels for weeks, Visal Sak was perfect. The rooms are not fancy, but you find everything you need there and the bed is so comfy. They have a restaurant upstairs, which offers a good variety of food. The breakfast is not that good, but in the evening I had Pizza and Spaghetti and there were fine.
  The distance to the town is small. It's about 5 to 10 minutes with a bicycle to the crab market.

  Zimmer sauber und werden täglich gereinigt. Motorbike kann im guesthouse gemietet werden für 7 Dollar pro Tag. Menü sehr dürftig. Ausser Pfannkuchen und gebratenem Reis kein vegetarisches Menü. Getränke, Zigaretten und auch Tickets die man dort bucht sind mit einem guesthouse Zuschlag versehen. Beispiel Zigaretten: statt 50 cent kosten sie 75. Coke Dose statt 40 Cent für 1 Dollar. Bus tickets statt 2 dollar für 3. Reise nach sihanoukville statt 5 Dollar für 8 Dollar. Usw. Sind zwar kleine Aufschläge, summieren sich aber dann über den Aufenthalt. Ich habe mein Motorrad in kampot gemietet, mit 4 Dollar pro Tag ganz in Ordnung. Wer es bequem mag, muss etwas mehr zahlen. Wer weniger zahlen will,muss sich selber kümmern. Lage ist sehr abgelegen. Tuk tuks wollen für kurze Strecken wie zb zum Krabben Markt 2 Dollar. Fahrräder kann man sich soweit ich gesehen habe kostenlos ausleihen. Zur Not ganz ok denke ich. Ansonsten ist Kep ein eher kleines Dorf mit einem sehr kleinen künstlichen Strand. Mehr gibt's da wirklich nicht zu sehen, ausser ein Tagesausflug nach koh tonsay.

  Отличный отель с лучшими ценами. Чистые номера с большими кроватями. Тихо, нет ничего непристойного. Есть бар. Прачечная. Бесплатный WIFI.
  В отеле можно приобрести любые билеты на автобусы и экскурсии. Сдают в аренду велосипеды и скутеры.
  Цены на 05.2015:
  - стирка 1$ за кг.
  - комнаты от 6$ сут.
  - аренда велосипеда 1$ сут.
  - аренда скутера 8$ сут.
  Рядом есть магазинчик с минимальным набором бытовой утвари и всевозможными чипсами, печеньками, напитками, сигаретами.
  
  Советую останавливаться здесь и ездить на экскурсии отсюда.
