Interesting, nice to be away from the crowds closer to Siem Reap. Not amazing, but we enjoyed the 35 minute hike. make it part of a visit to the land mines museum and pink Temple to have it be worthwhile. Tip the guard a few bucks and he can point out some less obvious but good inscriptions.

It's a lively hike. It's only 1.5km through wooded path and if you are quiet, you may just be lucky enough to glimpse some local fauna

Enjoy the 1.5km hike to where the sculpture are. Came here during dry season, so you can see the stone carving clearly. Not much of hiking experience needed, just one way up and down.

From the entrance it’s a 1.5 km way up (circa 30’min) to the falls and the amazing stone-sculptured works. It’s not a difficult way up, but be ready for a bit of trekking and come with the right clothes.

Beautiful place with a 1.5km trek to reach the place. Definitely one of the lesser explored sites. Take a quick bath at the waterfall there.

Relatively easy and pleasant walk through the forest to somewhat interesting carvings in a stream and a small waterfall. It takes over an hour in a tuktuk to get there. It would have been considered a waste of time if not for the opportunity to view the countryside on the way. Given the many options closer to Seam Reap I'd say skip this.

I've never seen anything like this before. Cravings in the bedrocks. The hike up is slightly rough. Great for adventurers Nd history buffs.

River of a thousand Lingas - tough climb up and equally tough getting down.. a lot of carvings in the river of Hindu Gods. Wonder why and how the people found this place to do such amazing stuff. Supposed to be one of the locals of the Tomb Raider Lara Croft

Kbal Spean:("Bridge Head") is an Angkorian era site on the southwest slopes of the Kulen Hills in Cambodia, 35 km from the main Angkor group. It is commonly known as the valley of a 1000 Lingas.It consists of a series of stone carvings in and around the Stung Kbal Spean river. The motifs for the stone carvings are roughly three: myriads of lingams, depicted as neatly arranged bumps that cover the surface of a rock; lingam - yoni designs; and various Hindu mythological motifs, including depictions of gods and animals. The majority of Kbal Spean's archaeological vestiges date to the 11th to 13th centuries. Construction of Kbal Spean was started by King Suryavarman I and later completed by King Udayadityavarman II. It is commonly known as the valley of a 1000 Lingas due to the presence of the estimated one thousand lingas, which are sculptures dug in the Siem Reap riverbeds. Lingas were believed to fertilize the water of the East Baray and irrigate the rice fields.

Medium level trekking for 1500 meters to reach the waterfall and carving. Recommending to visit in early morning, it is cold and less people. Bring one or 2 bottles of pure drinking water. And the waterfall is bigger than what appears in any photos.

Holy waterfall on hilltop. It is one of the water source for Siem Reap River. Nice for trekking and pinicking. There are also carving of linga under the river bed.

Small water stream flowing through the jungle, scattered sculptures in the region. You can walk down the stream to of them, tourists usually stay on higher ground.
Has a distant mystic charm about this place.

A beautiful waterfall up the hill. You need to hike abourmt 45 min. to see the scenery. There are also many sculptures along the river. If you like to swim, don't forget bring your swimwear.
