The service after sale is stupid. I had a problem on my 300$ headset.
Bose ask me by email to go to this shop, to have an exchange.
The ship first told me it's normal my headset isn't working, because it's for iPhone. Come on. I've this headset since 8 months. You don't even know your products?
Then they try to provide all the excuse to don't do the exchange :
- My headset isn't new (of course it's not new!!!)
- I bought them outside Cambodia
- I'm a foreigner (what the hell?!)
- I don't have the warranty paper (by email they used my serial to check the warranty and of course if was OK).
- it's better to do the exchange in an other country

Highly recommended! This showroom's service is very very good and its staff are friendly. Regardless where you buy your Bose products, this showroom will treat those products as its own. They are responsible in any way.
I don't need to talk about the quality of the Bose products and the sound. For Bose users, we all love just it and will just stick with it forever.response / report this review -

I passed at closing time the Bose logo catching my eye. I asked about genuine authentic products, and he proudly said yes, first and online Cambodia. That's quite an advance to reach. So I look forward to a browse later.
