  They don't let black people to the club. All over the world,its called RACISM. Out here,I don't know what to call it as i suppose the rules are different. Seems like no one wants to talk or mention it publicly.

  Just went to this night club to meet a friend this place was like something out of a music video never seen anything like it before. You'll only find the rich of Cambodia/Chinese and maybe the odd westerner here.
  
  Didn't stay for long and didn't check the price for a drink but as Vikking say's it wouldn't surprise me if the drinks are Very Expensive
  
  It was my kind of place the music was club music but not my friends cup of tea but give it a visit if you're ever in Phnom Penh
