  I live in Ratanakiri for 4 year now. I do sometimes eat very early in the morning before begin my work (around 6m). I know this place well, the noodle are quite good but last time i ve been there, i got sick for 5 days. My good friend also had this issue and he live in Cambodia for 10 years+.
