  There are two kinds of room type. One has luxury beds and it costs 25$. The other is 13$. 13$ one was enough for me.

  hot water, wifi, fan 15usd / ac 25usd, big rooms with 3 beds and some chairs and tabels. bathrooms needed urgent desinfection and was not really nice - atleast ours was not.
  
  nevertheless probably the best accomodation you might find here. you can get the same amout of discomfort at the guesthouse at the roundabout for 5usd.
  
  the owners of this place seemed to be nice. motorbike storage available.

  1 of only 2 guesthouses i could find here. The other just a few doors up the road. No English spoken - book with reception wherever you're coming from if you don't speak Khmer. overnight lock up for trail bikes. Duplex bungalow rooms clean and comfortable enough with en suite hot ish showers, wifi, ac available. Suitable base for exploring the region.
