环境一般，服务质量一般，油炸排骨味道还是不错的。饭店边上有个很大的市场，里面环境比较原始。

Found this local Chinese restaurant by chance and this is my second time here. The Vietnamese beef noodle is very good at reasonable price USD2.80 per bowl. Quite big portion with a lot of meat. The restaurant serves other Chinese dishes as well and look good too. Downside is that the waiters don't speak much English but the English menu and Google translate are helpful.
