I was happy with this hotel from the moment of arrival. Nice new and clean building. Rooms were at decent rates with free breakfast. Omelette was made to order as part of the breakfast. They had few different omelette types to choose from. There is free tea/coffee facilities in the common area 24hrs a day.
It is located in a quiet area but within walking distance to some nice restaurants, shops and attractions.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The manager made the effort to speak to the customers. He spoke to me on daily basis to ensure that I was happy with my stay. I feel this is very important and shows that they care about the customers as well as the business.

Reasonably priced. Great customer service and very helpful for directions around Bishkek. Clean and friendly staff. If you're a vegetarian, for breakfast they take recommendations. However, not all staff speaks English.
