They have amazing service and I always said be able to smile. I highly recommend getting a hot chocolate at the downstairs restaurant.^^

IMHO: that is the best hotel in central Asia. Comfortable and safety please for a rest and business. I recommend Hyatt hotel in Bishkek.

Location very good. Rooms are big and very comfortable and very clean. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast not bad - but i would rate 8 from 10.

This hotel is the best in the city. It looks great and there are always events happening inside the hotel. When I arrived Sanjay Dutt (Bollywood) was filming his new movie Torbaz there. The coffeeshop shop is great but wish they had almond milk. However after spending most of the day there I got sick from the air. There are coal fired CHP plants in town and the smoke was definitely circulating in the lobby. It would great if they find a solution for this.

Premium experience! Staff are very attentive, I got food poisoning at an outside restaurant and they took great care of me. Breakfast is delicious with fresh food, custom omelettes and good pastries. Location is very good for everything. Rooms leave and modern.

The sync between Hyatt app and real check out does not work. I checked out via App but that was not registered and them the real check out process took very long. But I like the Hotel, very spacious bathroom and big bed.

The rooms have a calming atmosphere. They are decorated with frames of horses. The shower in the restroom looks modern and beautiful, but the water is not stable. One moment it's hot and the next moment it's freezing, and the water is not coming steadily. If you don't look around and dig in some drawers and what not it might be hard for you to find the kettle and the tea. It is located under the table inside the drawer. The minibar is empty, but one can order food from room service. The service at the hotel is good enough, however, I got the feeling that some of them only pretend to understand what you want. The air conditioning is not working properly. It is always cold inside. The breakfast is tasty. The staff is nice. The bed is very comfortable. The hotel is a little bit pricey, but other than that I hope you have a great stay.
