The manager helped us plan our recent Pamir Trip from Osh to Dushanbe. While the trip was amazing, and the manager/tour operator was friendly and helpful, there were several things that we were misinformed/not informed about that had a negative impact on our trip. First, the manager gave us information that was incorrect about the Ishkashim Afghan market. When we arrived, we discovered that it had been closed for 3 years - while the tour operator had said we could go, but that it was only open on Saturdays (same thing in our travel guide) so we organised our whole itinerary around it - rushing or skipping things the first week between Osh and Ishkashim. Secondly, he said that we could add days to the tour en route - we just had to tell the driver and pay an extra 20 USD per day. This was ture the first 3 days of our planned 10 day trip, but once we crossed the Tajik border, it was no longer possible due to the kind of papers the driver took for the car. If we had known this, we would have added two more days BEFORE it was no longer possible. Finally, we were told that our driver spoke English. While our driver was EXCELLENT, and seemed to understand some of what we were saying, he did not speak more than the most basic English (equivalant to our meager Tajik).

Awesome people, organised a great home stay in Osh which we really liked, and taxi and accomodation to Bishkek via Toktogul. Really recommended!
