We booked our flights through KG Concept and we paid them by credit card. When we arrived at the airport, the ticket agent said that our reservation was cancelled because we never paid for our tickets. This was unquestionably KG Concepts error!! Somehow they didn't pay for the flights with OUR money. So we've paid over $2000 for flights for my entire family but we don't have access to fly?!?!?!
We have friends waiting for us that we are to travel with and now that's not happening until this is resolved. Either way, KG Concept has now possibly ruined part of our trip if not the entire week. What do I tell my children? Does KG Concept even earn 1 star? We will see how they resolve their error.response / report this review -
