A must-visit in Karakol, if you intend to bring any souvenirs home with you. Apart from the usual Kyrgyz woolen fare, there is a workshop there, where the nice owner makes beautiful kilims (hanging carpets), and also sells her father's. Beautiful stuff, which you appreciate so much once you're home.
