Good hotel, good room interior, good food, good location. Only complain is hot water takes forever to come through, apart from that i enjoyed my stay

This is a really good hotel for business travelers. It's location is also a very convenient location. They have a good restaurant and also have a Meeting Room which can accommodate up to 20 people.

Excellent budget stay!
Westend is really nice and greatly priced. Meghan and Joseph did a fantastic job with the check-in. The room was very clean so were the bedding. Room service was great and prompt. I would definitely go back!
The parking though was smelly, I suspect dead rats. During checkout we had an incident where the security guard refused to let out guests claiming orders from an unseen boss. Some hooted furiously. I suspect some indian guy took mobile photos of me, which is outright wrong. If there was a problem, theft in one of the rooms I suspect, there are more civil ways of doing it. Eventually all were let out without any explanation!response / report this review -

We spent 2 nights there: even one in the executive doubleroom!. None of them were good.
The reasons were: Really bad location. Poor English spoken. Helpful staff if tips exist. No mosquito net at all (see pictures what we did to avoid mosquitos get in and the ones were already in!). Poor breakfast. Even complaining to the manager (Vivian) wasn't helpful.

Its an out of town hotel in a serene environment. It's secure to travel to at any time of the day.there are very spacious rooms with a minibar at the disposition of the client. The food offered in this hotel is great.

Great views from the hotel's 7th floor and great service from hotel staff. Couple of parking spaces available in hotel's basement remaining floors are accessible using the lift and staircases
