  This is the biggest supermarket in the town and has a wide selection of basic household items. The staff are friendly and always willing to assist even though sometimes they get overwhelmed by the number of shoppers in the evening. The management could hire more staff to balance the evening shoppers traffic demands. The parking spaces are limited and one has to hope to get a spot in the evenings or rush hours.

  Customer Service is a foreign concept to them. No respect for clients and only two people serving every morning causing appalling queues! Took me 20 minutes to purchase a hot dog! But the staffs horrible attitude takes the top spot! Never proud when shopping there!

  It's next to cleanshelf supermarket, there is an equity branch, cooperative bank, Bata shoes and it's also the main stage to town

  Nice supermarket, proper categories though prices of basic commodities a slightly higher than those of closest competitors.

  Worst customer service experience. Spent a little over 20k for Christmas. Requested a couple of juices to be double bagged, they refused. Asked for a manager, he came escorted by an AK 47 wielding police and and tried to convince me that their bags are strong enough and costs money. Claimed It was against company policy. Offered to buy the bags and he said they were not for sale. Left all the grocery at the cashier's went to nakumatt. Thank God for options
