This in my view is the best Carrefour in Nairobi. They have all the products one needs. Also it breathes the French good life. They have large sections with cheese and hams. The staff always has small cuts ready for tasting. French baguettes are baked fresh. The vegetables section is also fresh and firmly stocked. All at a competitive price

Amazing place to shop. good customer care and the staff are very helful.I am always looking forward to my next shopping. The security is well managed. It is also a good place to go shopping with kids. Well except for the weekends when it gets really crowded but i think that is a good sign.

The slowest cashiers I have ever experienced. They have stock of some items one week the next week they don't exist. Don't bother speaking to a manager either they dont care too much of your opinions

If you go at the right times, it's a joy to shop here. They have everything you can think of and there's lots of space so you're not bumping into everyone. The workers are very helpful and friendly, which adds to the charm of Carrefour.

The slowest cashiers and packers in the world. Maybe the manager sleeps in his office and the employees enjoy dragging themselves.
Many products are without price and you have to go around the supermarket to ask or to pass it through the price machine(when it works).
Getting the absentee manager is impossible, I wanted to buy a displayed dented fridge so I wanted to know what was the discounted price because of the dent. Manager never showed up I got tired to wait and I bought fridge from another place.response / report this review -

Great place and very well priced, however kindly ensure that the discounts on products are actually mirrored in the payment processing system.
That is what I thought a few weeks ago until my experience with customer care and night manager. Just a reminder, your customers time is precious and so is your customer. Kindly respect your clients. Very well organized..!!! All household items at reduced prices and good discounts. I would suggest to cross check if the the offer is really applied on billing as i had bad experience twice and i had to almost 20mts before it was sorted.

Well stocked and very spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The produce is fresh and prices affordable. The only downside is that the queues can get very long and yet tills are not open. Please look into the process flow management. If I could award I'd give 4.5 but this app does not allow. 😁😁
