  Total Fuel Stations are largely very efficient. I guess the independent owners want to give best service to clients. A good thing.
  
  The Total Kenya Card centre is not so great. My card took 2 months to process (despite being told 3 days). I called before going to pick. Got there and had to wait again. Loaded money via Mpesa and apparently this is manual. You must be activated at a station. No one gave me a PIN at the time of collection. I had to write an email, call again and tweet to get my PIN..SUCH A FRUSTRATING PROCESS TOTAL.

  Toyota Kenya Kirinyaga road branch is a spare parts outlet only. It is well stocked and any part that may be out of stock at the branch is quickly ordered from the Lusaka road head office and delivered by a rider. Customers wishing to purchase parts from this shop must have the chassis number of the vehicle.
