The reception at the spare parts center is really nice and welcoming. First you are reced at the reception where you give the your order then you wait in the lounge as they process your order, thereafter somebody will call you in the loud speaker 🔊 for you to verify your spares before payment. Payments by check will only be accepted when their accounts have been credited so it is advisable to pay using mobile money by cash or sign an account contract with them.

The place has an aura of efficiency but somehow service just seems slow. The place is well organized with provision of hot beverages and newspapers as you wait to be served. They should get separate people to deal with phone enquiries as you can be seated and the seller spends the next 15 minutes attending to a phone in customer which is quite annoying. Twice now have had to wait for 2 hours for parts and considering this was a service part they should ensure they have

Great car service though there are times they are a bit slow. The car prices can be exaggerated given you can find the same or even better car from other dealers at a reasonable price. I bet it's coz Toyota is popular with the masses in Kenya
