Topali might be the cheapest and best alternative if you plan to stay at Parklands.(maybe if you are a student). The only other housing option around (trust me when I say ONLY, I've searched around) is having to rent really expensive furnished apartments. (The cheapest can be up to 30k). Topali has really bad water shortages, getting water once in up to 2 weeks. The WiFi is bad. The rooms lack space, they're so confined. It is safe though(never had to delt with stolen stuff) And you'll make friends quick.😁

Spacious and cool place for students who are on attachment or internships. With free WiFi and security guaranteed

Hostels are clean and good.
Rates are around 8K for double bed/shared room.

Bad food, grumpy cook and takes too long to fix appliances when spoilt. Only go there if you have no other choice. Although it's still better than the Topali at Westlands
