This hotel is located in parklands in Nairobi Kenya, this place is quite with good and fresh air away from the city. The Hotel looks good with good ample and secure parking. The lobby is classy and the service is excellent. I visited the Umami restaurant and i loved the food and the service. This is one of the highly recommended Hotels in Nairobi.

Great lovely hotel hidden away in Parklands. The location is great and easy to access from the Nairobi CBD. The designers of this great hotel really put in work. Customer service is top notch, I think it’s one of the best I have ever experienced in Nairobi. Food was so great and decently priced with equally fair portions. It also has three restaurants that specialize in Indian, Chinese, and Regular meals. The chef also comes out to interact with the guests in order to get feedback on the quality of the meals. This place is also perfect for romantic dates.

Really lovely hotel. Like 5 star. Situated in a good place. Lots of things are nearby. Example is the diamond plaza. Hotel offers free breakfast if you include it. Hotel is clean. Room is excellent. Spacious with all necessary stuff. Bathrooms are clean. No hot tub but the shower is is really good. AC is good. WiFi is free and very fast compared to other hotels. Comfortable and clean beds. Staff are very friendly.

It's a five star hotel with good infrastructure, the service is good in average, it's has options in terms of where to eat inside the restaurant. It comprises a continental restaurant, Indian restaurant, Japanese restaurant, a shisha bar.
The food in the continental restaurant does not cope with the standards of a five star hotel.

I love this hotel! It is very clean and the price is great! The service is amazing and most of the time they upgrade me to a suite. Even though this hotel is far from where I go to work, I chose to stay here every time.

Rosemary Nyakarura, the Group Sales & Marketing Manager is an exceptional person to work with. I was impressed by all of the staff who ensured the day flowed seamlessly.

Hotel is very good, rooms are cosy for stay. Indians foods are good in Curry flavour restaurant. Staff is well mannered and talk politely. WiFi is superb.

No doubt it is a beautiful place to visit. However the service is at the feet.
Rude bar tenders, plus short on staff.
I will recommend people to have a look at the ambience, but order food, drinks or the hookah at your own risk because you will not get the service for the amount of money you pay.
