Tin roof cafe is one of those hidden gems in Nairobi. A long drive but worth it
The “market” tour before you get to the restaurant is quite something. All sorts of hand made items from stationary to toys to home decor to candles ( the have amazing scents) and much much more from different local artists
The cafe is so cute (limited sitting space) and has a play area for kids (baby friendly)
service from the staff is great ( it was raining and they were very helpful)
Food from the menu looks appetizing but we just had coffee and some really moist carrot cake with raisins
I would go there over and over again ❤️

Cozy coffee place! Great for hanging out with friends, reading, working and has a play area for the little ones! They have shops selling very cool gifts as well and you have to walk through the shops as you go to the coffee shopclever if you ask me!

Convenient location with lots of parking, this is a good place to go for a healthy lunch. Their salads very closely resemble the otttolenghi brand you might enjoy in Europe. They are well prepared and extremely tasty. The coffees could be a bit stronger and the 'dawa' a bit hotter but these are small gripes.
