Poor customer service experience. Rates were changed upon arrival after booking ams agreeing on the prices. The room didn't have hot water besides having poor bathroom drainage. We were given an option to take a bath in a basin. Manager is never on site and arrogant at talk to us on phone.

Management can be unprofessional giving excuses to any issue raised. Was booked into one room and later moved to another room without our knowledge. Room had no TV, no hot water, dirty towel, late breakfast etc Nevertheless, the pool is good and the place is quiet.

This place is affordable for the location it's in. However, what you might be saving on cost is reflected on the service. Would recommend this place for a short stay due to easy safe access at all hours. You might want to triple check your booking if booking in advance or over the phone. The bar area and lounge have had a recent facelift. Looks better than before.
