Its a nice place.. But the food here 😢😢.An order is delayed and moreso extremely spiced dishes.My family and i ordered a plate of meat and you can guess what the chef served us All bones and three pieces of meat and after raising a complain the staff still did nothing

The hotel is just average; proximity to shopping malls is the only good thing i liked.

I asked for dinner yesterday night; apart from it taking longer than promised; i guess they served me stale food. Now i cant get off my bed.

The chicken must have been recycled or rather was stale/expired and the chef tried to go around it by putting in too much spices. Sometimes just be simple. Thats why people
Prefer to eat at vibandas ot there coz food is prepared with simplicity and turns out tasty.

The spices were too much and messed the food was flat. No aroma. Not delicious. The cats helped me feast on the food.
In the morning the breakfast is just “there”. I mean all in all food in that place is awful. Better eat out and come back to sleep. Total waste.

I raised the issue with the waiter who didnt seem to know what the problem was. Promised to tell the chef. Nothing was done. Pathetic service.

Wifi only works ground floor. They will keep lying to you its in all rooms but you cant access it, even on first floor. Make customers trust uou by saying the truth.

One towel in double room, orders food at 4pm, gets it at 6pm after only reminding the staff :staff wears no names badges, TV not working and the bag carrier tries desperately to repair while needed that time to unwind after a long journey , power switches in the most odd places, needed breakfast in room earlier since we were departing at 6am, tea in one of the thermos as cold as water, asked for fruits, never got it, on departure, found a yawning watchman at reception ; Waoooo!!! No basic training signs and finally the F&B manager dressed like a Matatus tout.
Willing to pay double as long as there is improvement.

Attention! Tried to raise the room price by almost 50 % 15 days before arrival, even Booking.com was not caring about. If you try your luck make sure you have a second iron in the fire.
